Deleted losers, screenshot 'proof', vague records and the rest. A practical checklist before you trust anyone.
The commonest tell is a record that only shows winners. If a tipster's feed contains no losing bets, you are not looking at a record, you are looking at a selection of a record, and the selection was made afterwards.
The second is screenshot proof. Betting slips are trivially editable and prove nothing. A genuine record is every settled bet with the date, the price taken and the outcome, published in a form that can be checked against reality. Anything less is decoration.
The others follow a pattern: guaranteed returns, which do not exist; pressure to act immediately, which exists to prevent thinking; vague strike-rate claims with no bet count; disappearing tips after a loss; unverifiable 'insider' information; and a business model where you pay for picks rather than the picks being free. Any two of these together is enough to walk away.
